Leigh Dance is Managing Director of ELD International, and Acting Executive Director of Global Counsel Leaders, a transatlantic global network of Legal leaders (GCs and CLOs) which she founded in 2010. Global Counsel Leaders is now a community of Factor.law. Leigh is an active advocate for strengthening the Rule of Law globally. She has edited two books for General Counsel and frequently publishes articles on current issues for corporate legal chiefs and their teams. Leigh has worked in the legal sector as an international consultant for more than 30 years.
