Gary P. Bauer is an attorney and Distinguished Professor Emeritus and visiting professor at Cooley Law School. He created the school’s “Solo By Design” program, which helps students develop business plans for starting their own practices, and served as director of the Sixty Plus Estate Planning Clinical program. He is the author of  “Hire and Retire, A Plan for a Continuing Income Stream in Retirement from any Practice” and “Solo Lawyer By Design: A Plan for Success in Any Practice,” published by the American Bar Association.
