He was previously a Senior Content Manager for Microsoft and is also the author of several books on technology including “The Lawyer’s Guide to Microsoft Outlook,” “The Lawyer’s Guide to Microsoft Word” and “OneNote in One Hour.” He was a Microsoft MVP for 20 years and involved with management and technology for more than 25.
