Ram Vasudevan is a lawyer by training and the chairman of NopalCyber, a global cybersecurity provider focused on legal, legal tech, fintech, infrastructure and health care sectors. Ram has over 25 years of experience providing high-quality services to clients in a variety of settings. Ram spent several years with the global law firms Skadden Arps and Sidley Austin, advising clients on corporate and M&A transactions before founding QuisLex, a leading alternative legal services provider, and NopalCyber, the cybersecurity company. He received his Master of Law from Columbia University School of Law, his MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Madras.
